S2 Grupo receives the 1st Prize for Boosting Youth Employment
- The award given by the Mahou San Miguel Foundation, Mahou San Miguel and the Excellence in Sustainability Club recognizes the work carried out by the cybersecurity company in the promotion of employment among young people.

Valencia, March 6, 2017. S2 Grupo, a company specialized in cybersecurity and exploitation of critical systems, has received the 1st Award for Boosting Youth Employment, within the SME and entrepreneurial category, awarded by the Mahou San Miguel Foundation, Mahou San Miguel and the Excellence in Sustainability Club. The event, which was held today in Madrid, has been presided over by Princess Elena of Spain. The aim of this award is to highlight the best business practices that promote employment among the new generations. In this sense, S2 Grupo has been recognized with this award, among other reasons, for its constant commitment to job creation and maintaining a stable recruitment. In order to promote the incorporation into the labor market of the recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and Telecommunications, it has launched Enigma. It is its own cybersecurity school which aims to offer specialized training, talent recruitment in universities and the opportunity to join its staff once trained. This training program lasts 6 months. From their admittance, the youth receive a scholarship, so it involves no cost to them, they integrate the Know How of S2 Grupo to their learning and receive personalized advice according to their interests, virtues and areas to improve. Proof of its commitment to the promotion of employment, is that in the last year, the workforce of the company increased by 15%, with a total of 225 employees in its offices in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Bogotá and Mexico. A total of 64 new hires took place, of which 39 belonged to youths under the age of 30.
